In 2018, Algoma added the "Niagara" vessel to their cargo fleet.  We were commissioned as part of an ongoing project to capture updated images of the crew, the ship, and environmental initiatives.  This also coincided with the 189th shipping season and the opening of the Welland Canal.  The Algoma Niagara was selected to be the first ship to open the canal that season. These photos capture a day on the Niagara cargo vessel.
